Meeting & Study Room Policies

Users cannot sell products, services, fundraise, charge admission or participation fees and must not interrupt library operations or the code of conduct. Meetings must be open to the public unless it’s a closed session of a public governmental body pursuant to the provisions of RSMo 610.
Meeting rooms can be reserved up to 90 days from the current date and no more than five (5) times a month.
Study rooms can be reserved up to one (1) week from the current date and no more than three (3) times per week.
